Prepared for the Edinburgh College of Domestic Science, this is a Revised 1933 edition published by Thomas Nelson, Sons and containing recipes for dishes such as Braised Ox-Tongue and Simnel Cake. Interestingly, several of the recipes have been annotated in pencil.
